Division I or II College Athletics:  

Students who are planning on participating in DI & DII athletics must register with the NCAA Eligibility Clearinghouse. 

When do I register with the NCAA Clearinghouse?  

• All interested students can register with the NCAA Eligibility Center as early as their sophomore year.  Click here to register.

How/When do I send my transcript to the NCAA Clearinghouse?  

• Student athletes can submit a transcript request through Parchment.

How do I send my ACT score to the NCAA Clearinghouse?  

• You can send your your ACT score to the NCAA Clearinghouse by adding code 9999 when you register for an ACT test OR contact ACT and get a score individually sent to the NCAA Clearinghouse.  The NCAA Clearinghouse will take the highest of all subscores for every ACT test you take.  In other words, it is beneficial to send every ACT score to the NCAA Clearinghouse

Division III Athletics: 

Students planning on participating in DIII athletics do not need to register with the NCAA Eligibility Clearinghouse. You must call each college you wish to attend and check their eligibility requirements.
