Harper's Promise

Two years of college. Tuition earned.

The Promise Scholarship is offered to every eligible incoming public high school student in Harper's district (High School Districts 211, 214 and 220). 

 

Students, you can earn up to two years of free tuition at Harper College if you

  • maintain solid grades

  • have good attendance

  • don’t repeat classes

  • graduate on time

  • graduate college ready in English and Math

  • provide service to your community

Click here for a paper application. Please print it out and turn in the completed application by December 15th of your freshman year to the PHS cashier. You will get a receipt upon turning in an application - please save for proof of completion! 

You can also complete the application online!  Parents may access the online form through their Infinite Campus account.  Click here to log into Infinite Campus.  Look for a message in the inbox titled “Harper Promise Scholarship Application.”
